FairPlay Rotation (“FairPlay”) is a sideline utility for youth soccer coaches, published by PitchLabs LLC. This policy describes the FairPlay iOS app. It does not describe the PitchLabs web product.
FairPlay does not require an account. Teams, rosters, and match data stay on your device. We do not operate iCloud sync for FairPlay. Your free-game count and unlock status are also kept in this device's Keychain so they survive reinstalling the app.
Unlimited games is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. We do not collect payment card details. Restore Purchase uses your Apple ID purchase history on this device.
FairPlay sends a small set of usage events to TelemetryDeck (for example app launch, game started, rotation confirmed, game completed or ended early, purchase restored, review prompt requested) along with the app version. If the app hits an error, it sends only the type of error, never its details. Events use a one-way hash of a random on-device identifier. We do not send player names, team names, or other roster content. This is not used for advertising or tracking across apps.
If you submit a feature request, the text is stored with our database provider (Supabase) so we can review it. If you include an email, we use it only to follow up on that request.
